Our expandable container boasts remarkable convenience in terms of assembly, disassembly, and shipping. Featuring a modular component plug-in structure, it offers great flexibility. It can function independently, or multiple containers can be combined together, allowing for stacking up to three layers.

The cube components of our expandable container are prefabricated right in our factory. This significantly cuts down on on-site construction time. Moreover, there's no need for a foundation, which further simplifies the setup process.

There's no need to spend time on complex setup procedures or worry about the hassle of assembly. This option is perfect for businesses or individuals who want to start using the product immediately, allowing them to seamlessly integrate it into their operations without any delay.

We are delighted to provide free sample panels. This enables you to comprehensively evaluate the quality, materials, and workmanship of our products before making a substantial order. 2. Assembly Assistance

When it comes to assembling our truck bodies, we offer comprehensive support. We have detailed instruction videos specifically designed for truck body assembly. These videos serve as step-by-step guides, making the assembly process straightforward and easy to follow. Moreover, upon your request, we can dispatch our experienced engineers to your location. They will provide on-site training, answer any questions you may have during the assembly, and offer hands-on assistance to ensure that the assembly is carried out smoothly and efficiently.

3. Loading Capacity

For shipping our Completely Knocked-Down (CKD) truck bodies, we have optimized container usage. A standard 20FT container can accommodate approximately 5 units of CKD bodies. If you require larger shipments, a 40FT container offers a greater capacity, capable of holding around 10 to 15 units of CKD bodies. This efficient loading capacity helps to minimize shipping costs per unit, providing you with a cost-effective transportation solution.
